• Rajshahi Steam Wash authority reserves the right to cancel or restrict any booking in any circumstance without prior notice

• All prices are listed in our packages menu. we reserve to change the pricing without prior notice

• We care about the privacy of our users. we never disclose your personal or payment information to others

• Payment can be made with cash, mobile banking or Debit/Credit card (Subject to availability)

• Once your service is completed, no refund is applicable in any circumstance

• You need to contact with us at least 6 hours in advance to cancel the booking

• You must disclose all defects, damage, weakness in your vehicles to us
